Cancellations & No Call/No Show
We understand that plans can change! You can reschedule your appointment online up to 48 hours before your service time. After that, rescheduling will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will require payment of the full service amount to rebook. Unfortunately, no-shows will be blocked from all future bookings within Pinky Parlor.

Lateness Policy
Running a bit late? Please send us a quick text. If we don’t hear from you within 15 minutes, we’ll assume you’re not coming and may take a walk-in. If you do arrive late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you, but your service might be shortened to keep our schedule on track. If you’re significantly delayed, a new appointment will need to be scheduled online.

No Extra Guests
To ensure a calm and relaxing atmosphere for everyone, we kindly ask that you don’t bring extra guests to your appointment, that includes fur babies. Our space is dedicated to clients receiving services, and we want everyone to enjoy their time with us.

No Speakerphone Conversations
To keep Pinky Parlor peaceful and enjoyable for all, please avoid using speakerphone or conducting work meetings on speaker while in the salon. Let’s keep the vibe relaxed and serene for everyone
